ph3Job Description /h3 pbYOUR MISSION /b /p pWe are looking for an Accounting Reporting Manager in Barcelona to oversee the month-end closing and audit processes for our legal entities in Italy, Portugal, Spain and Poland, leading a team of 4-6 accountants, ensuring the meeting of reporting deadlines and complying with the internal and external policies as well as with the local tax regulations and requirements of the countries. You will also lead analysis to explain performance versus our Business Plan and supervise monthly reconciliations for both PL and BS. /p pYou will closely work with our local, Regional and HQ finance teams to propose and implement initiatives to enhance current processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization. /p h3THE JOURNEY /h3 ul liSupervise the month-end closing process of the Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Polish legal entities. /li liEnsure accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports. /li liLead a team of 4-6 accountants from the local and international markets. /li liEnsure the financial Audits are submitted on time and collaborate with external auditors during financial audits. /li liReview and approve monthly reconciliations for both BS and PL. /li liEnsure all the local markets are compliant with local requirements according to tax legislation. /li liEnsure all accounting/financial Policies and Procedures are adopted in line with prevailing legislation. /li liProactively map process improvements and collaborate with our Accounting PMO to drive the planning, execution and implementation. /li liActively participate in the implementation of local ERPs and other finance projects. /li liPrepare ad hoc analysis to explain deviations of the PL vs Business Plan. /li liAdapt quickly to changes in company policy, tax regulations and legislation.
