This role ensures a seamless learning experience by managing learning programs, maintaining system integrity, supporting users, and providing reporting and analytics that enable organizational learning initiatives. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, technically proficient, and experienced in administering enterprise learning systems. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdminister and maintain the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), with hands-on responsibility for Workday Learning. /li liConfigure and manage courses, curricula, certifications, learning journeys, instructor-led training, virtual classes, and online learning programs. /li liCoordinate course scheduling, enrollments, attendance tracking, completions, and learner communications. /li liUpload, test, publish, and maintain digital learning content while ensuring data accuracy and quality. /li liProvide timely technical support to learners, instructors, and business partners by resolving LMS-related issues and responding to user inquiries. /li liGenerate and analyze LMS reports and dashboards to monitor compliance, learner engagement, and training effectiveness. /li liPerform routine audits to ensure learner records, assignments, and course completions are accurate and up to date. /li liCollaborate with Learning Development, HR, HR Technology, and external learning vendors to support learning initiatives, system enhancements, and integrations. /li liParticipate in testing, validation, and implementation of Workday updates, new functionality, and LMS enhancements. /li liDevelop and maintain LMS documentation, operational procedures, and user guides to support governance and consistent system administration. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve LMS functionality,



processes, and the overall learner experience. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Learning Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred /li liMinimum of three (3) years of Learning Management System administration experience. /li liHands-on experience administering Workday Learning is required. /li liExperience supporting instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and online learning programs. /li liStrong analytical skills with experience creating and interpreting LMS reports and dashboards. /li liExcellent customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. /li liStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience working with enterprise learning platforms and external content providers (e.g., Skillsoft, LinkedIn Learning, Vector Solutions, or similar). /li liKnowledge of SCORM, AICC, xAPI, or other eLearning standards. /li liExperience supporting LMS implementations, upgrades, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liFamiliarity with learning analytics and compliance training programs.
