ph3About The Role /h3 pAs a Senior DevOps Engineer within the Tribe FirmenOnline, you will play a key role in our digital transformation journey. /p pYou will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our digital platforms. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, where your expertise will have a direct impact on how we design, deploy, and operate modern cloud‑based solutions. /p h3What You Do /h3 pAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you act as a bridge between software development and IT operations, driving automation and operational excellence across the platform. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCloud Infrastructure Management: design, implement, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS. /li liCI/CD Automation: design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, enabling fast, reliable, and secure deployments. /li liKubernetes Istio Administration: Manage and operate Kubernetes and Istio environments, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of containerized applications. /li liInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Packer, Crossplane, and related tools. /li liDatabase Operations: Administer relational databases (PostgreSQL), including migrations, import/export processes, and performance tuning. /li liMonitoring Reliability: Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Dynatrace) to proactively identify issues, optimize performance, and ensure high system availability. /li liSecurity Compliance: Apply security best practices to protect infrastructure, services, and data throughout the delivery lifecycle. /li liCollaboration Continuous Improvement: Work closely with development teams to design solutions aligned with business needs, continuously improving reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.



/li liEnvironment Support: Maintain and support development, staging, and production environments, ensuring consistency and smooth operations across all stages. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 pYou are a passionate DevOps professional with a strong technical background, an automation mindset, and the ability to take ownership end‑to‑end. /p h3Key Qualifications And Skills /h3 ul liProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, operating applications in AWS cloud environments. /li li3+ years of hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Istio. /li liExpert‑level experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or equivalent). /li liStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform and Packer. /li liSolid scripting skills in Bash, Groovy, or similar languages. /li liExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, or comparable solutions. /li liGood understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. /li liStrong ownership mindset: "you build it, you run it". /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional teams. /li liAbility to work independently, proactively, and in a self‑organized way. /li liA proactive problem‑solver who challenges solutions constructively. /liliPassion for technology and continuous learning. /li liA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience. /li /ul h3Commitment to Integrity, Fairness Inclusion /h3 pAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
