As a tool development lead for the PDB Tool, you drive the architecture, roadmap, and enhancement efforts to meet user needs and business goals. You coordinate with local users and development teams to extend the tool to additional product lines and ensure scalable, user‑centric design. You oversee quality, testing, and deployment while guiding priorities and providing technical leadership. You contribute to documentation, training, and release notes, shaping a strategic tool used across the organization.
