/h3 ulliAt least b5 years of experience in industrial maintenance /b and a minimum of b3 years leading technical teams /b. /li liDirect experience working in a production/manufacturing plant, with a strong operational presence on the shop floor and close interaction with technical and maintenance personnel. /li /ul h3Reliability Continuous Improvement Mindset: /h3 ulliStrong knowledge of CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, GMAO, or similar systems. /li liExperience applying reliability methodologies such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance). /li liAbility to independently diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. /li liStrong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Quality Safety Champion: /h3 ulliExperience planning, supervising, and validating maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. /li liAbility to manage maintenance quality assurance and quality control processes. /li /ul h3Global Communicator: /h3 ulliFluent Spanish and a B2 level of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ulliExperience with PLC programming, particularly Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation systems. /li liKnowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming languages such as Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), or Structured Text (ST). /li libAdditional technical specialization /b in electromechanics, industrial electricity, automation, or mechatronics is a bstrong plus /b. /li libLEAN /b Manufacturing.
