As part of the Soho House team your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time, connecting, growing and making an impact. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks. /li liGreet customers and hand out menus. /li liTake meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen. /li liMake menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials. /li liConfirm food items match the orders and deliver them to the correct table. /li liDeliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared. /li liCheck that customers are satisfied with their meal. /li liPrepare the bill for tables when requested. /li liCash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid. /li liAdminister change to tables if needed. /li liProvide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the guests needs. /li liShow food and beverage knowledge through taking orders and providing advice on ingredients,



dietary restrictions and upselling. /li liManage a busy section whilst adhering to company service and conduct standards. /li liEnsuring the correct set up, handover and breakdown of the restaurant and shift. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liMust have experience in a 5-star hotel or in a fine dining restaurant. /li liMust have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction. /li liYou have to be reliable, flexible, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. /li liStrong attention to details. /li liExcellent customer service. /li liTeam player who communicates well with all colleagues. /li liPunctual, organised, reliable and trustworthy. /li liAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. /li liAbility to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction. /li liFluent in English is mandatory. /li liGood English and Spanish language skills. /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liMust be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand. /li liAble to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. /li liOccasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pSoho House offers competitive compensation packages for our Waiter/Waitress that feature integral benefits and perks.
