/li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liProven Agency Track Record: 7+ years of sales/business development experience, with a minimum of 5 years strictly within communication, digital, media, or advertising agencies (agency-side experience is mandatory). /li liAn Elite Network: A robust, active, and verified network of contacts among Marketing Directors, CMOs, and corporate decision-makers. /li liDeep Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the modern advertising ecosystem (digital, events, branding, PR, social media) and agency pricing models (retainers, project fees, performance-based pricing). /li liInspirational Leadership: Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and presentation skills, with a natural ability to collaborate across cross-functional creative and strategic teams. /li liLanguages: Full professional proficiency in English is essential (for managing international accounts and global pitches).
