p Primary Responsibilities: /pulli Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery. /lili Oversee the overall condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems) and ensure proper maintenance, including both interior and exterior areas. /lili Install and configure new equipment. /lili Track and report departmental KPIs. /lili Perform maintenance on doors and loading ramps. /lili Perform maintenance and inspections of fire extinguishers. /lili Detect and resolve equipment failures quickly and effectively. /lili Maintain records of maintenance activities, replaced parts, and repair times. /lili Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs. /lili Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools. /lili Develop and manage the maintenance budget. /lili Request and evaluate quotes when necessary. /lili Propose technical improvements to optimize processes and reduce downtime and/or costs. /lili Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. /lili Enforce safety standards and 5S practices. /li /ul p Requirements: /pulli Technical education or training in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. /lili Solid experience (5+ years) in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as team and vendor management.



/lili Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, automation, and sector-specific equipment and facilities. /lili Experience in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. /lili Experience managing KPIs, cost control, and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams. /lili Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. /lili Knowledge of safety regulations and quality protocols. /lili Ability to motivate, plan, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively. /lili Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure. /lili Management style that aligns with the company’s high-integrity culture across all areas of internal and external operations. /lili Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments and key stakeholders. /lili Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with others. /lili Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects from concept through completion. /lili English proficiency at C1 level is required. /lili Forklift License /lili Versátil and able to adapt to changing priorities. /lili Occasional travel to supplier locations and group production plants may be required. /li /ul
