And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our . /p h3Key Responsibilities May Include: /h3 ul liOversee the execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries to customers and monitor logistics performance. /li liManage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and minimizing disruptions. /li liServe as a key point of contact for customers, addressing queries, managing urgent requests, and resolving logistics-related issues in real-time. /li liSupport central teams in managing and resolving logistics-related incidents, ensuring minimal impact on service levels. /li liTrack performance metrics related to on-time deliveries, transport quality, and customer satisfaction. Proactively address any variances. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve logistics processes, optimize costs, and enhance service delivery through collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers. /li liCollaborate with customer service, sales,



and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of logistics activities with broader business goals. /li /ul h3Position Purpose /h3 pResponsible for executing all logistics activity for a given perimeter so CHEP provides a constant and efficient supply of equipment to its customers at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction. Scope: all flows within the region, all plants and transporters within the region, all customers and products within the region. /p h3Major Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liDaily Management of order processing. /li liOn Time Performance to Customers and transport quality tracking and monitoring. /li liSupports Central in execution related incidents. /li liLogistics Support for CHEP External Managed Service Customers. /li liDedicated fleets management. Route Management. /li liContact with local customers and third-party provider (Service Centres, D locations, PT Call Centre) to deliver CHEP orders. /li liLocal level customer collaboration execution. /li liShort term planning to resolve urgencies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSupply Chain experience. /li liMinimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience. /li li1-3 years business experience in a Supply Chain Management environment. /li liKnowledge of CHEP, SAP, Excel, AI and BlueYonder would be a plus. /li liKnowledge of transport planning and tendering is an advantage would be a plus.
