Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliPerform detailed structural and structural/thermal analyses and sizing of aerospace structures, components, and systems /liliGuide structural optimization and design improvements /liliDeliver detailed FEM Models used for analysis, from GFEM to detailed analysis /liliDefine sizing loads and load cases required for scoping detailed analysis /liliDeliver preliminary sizing calculations, hand calculations, and simplified estimates to inform the design /liliSupport ground and flight tests /liliDeliver detailed technical reports and presentations /liliAssist in the development of manufacturing, integration, and test processes and procedures /liliSupport the definition and execution of the qualification and certification process.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline /lili5-10 years of experience as an aerospace stress engineer /liliExperience in Turbomachinery sector /liliFEM experience, from building models to analysis, postprocessing, and debugging /liliExperienced with stress-hand calculation/analytical methods /liliExperience with both metallic and composite lightweight structural design for aerospace /liliExperience with Matlab /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills /liliKnowledge of the English language is required.
