Experteer Overview
In this role you drive regional benefits strategy and execution within the Total Rewards team, supporting ongoing programs and leading harmonization initiatives during Mu0026amp;A and restructurings. You will partner with People, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to address complex benefits challenges and optimize vendor relationships. You contribute to market benchmarking, communication, and system improvements to ensure compliant, competitive offerings. This is a high-impact, cross-country role in a fast‑growth tech environment with a strong focus on Europe.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead benefits harmonization and integration during mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings across Europe
• Conduct market benchmarking to assess competitiveness and alignment with reward strategy
• Manage external brokers and insurance vendors, including renewals and performance oversight
• Provide strategic guidance to People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and regional leadership on benefits issues
• Improve internal benefits communications, update knowledge base, and train stakeholders on the rewards system




• Support system and process improvements to ensure regional regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits with a regional focus; preference for high-growth tech exposure
• Demonstrated Mu0026A benefits harmonization experience
• Strong vendor, broker, and insurance contract management and negotiations
• Experience with survey methods, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits valuation models
• Strong analytical skills; expert Excel; ability to interpret and visualize data accurately
• Structured program and project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messages to regional audiences
• Workday knowledge is a plus; English fluency required
• University degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
