Our goal is simple: to create the best possible holiday experience for every guest while ensuring our properties are cared for to the highest standard. /p pThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, working independently, and meeting people from all over the world. /p h3About the role /h3 pAs our Guest Experience Associate, you will be the local point of contact for both guests and properties. You will help ensure that each home is guest-ready, that arrivals and departures run smoothly, and that any guest needs are handled with professionalism and care. /p pThe role is part-time and includes a mix of remote coordination and on-site work at our vacation properties on Costa Blanca. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs /li liPreparing and inspecting vacation homes before and after guest stays /li liCoordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams /li liMonitoring bookings and making sure properties are ready before arrivals /li liResponding to guest questions,
