Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. /ph3You’ll Be Responsible For /h3ulliManaging the planning function, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled and monitored. /liliDeveloping integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction and commissioning. /liliConducting schedule risk analysis, critical path reviews and schedule health checks. /liliValidating contractor programmes and sequencing, ensuring robust logic and realistic delivery plans. /liliProducing KPI dashboards, lookahead reports and progress indicators to support informed decision‑making. /liliImplementing schedule change control processes and maintain accurate reporting standards. /liliFacilitating planning workshops and monthly performance reviews, driving clarity and accountability. /liliSupporting project teams and stakeholders with clear communication, guidance and planning insights. /liliIntegrating project controls, including EVM, S‑curves, risk management and milestone tracking. /liliApplying knowledge of MMC, MEP interfaces, logistics and site constraints to develop reliable phasing strategies. /li /ulh3You’ll Need To Have /h3ulliDegree in construction or engineering, with strong proficiency in P6, MS Project and schedule management tools.
