We are recruiting a Solution Specialist to join a
high-performing Cloud sales team in Benalmádena, Spain. This hybrid
role is idóneo for a tech-savvy sales professional who combines
strong technical expertise with a consultative selling approach and
thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments. As part of the
sales organization, you will work closely with Small and
Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs), helping them adopt and optimize
Cloud solutions that drive productivity, collaboration, and
long-term business growth. About the Role As a Solution Specialist,
you will play a key role in advancing the engagement process within
your assigned account portfolio, ensuring revenue and performance
targets are achieved. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you
will support the sales cycle by aligning Cloud solutions with
customer business objectives and IT initiatives. Your day-to-day
will include: Maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in
collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers
Presenting Cloud solution value propositions and differentiation
aligned to customer needs Providing technical product overviews and
insights based on customer usage scenarios Auditing and confirming
implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure
accurate cost projections Delivering technical and business
solution demonstrations to customers via Microsoft Teams Increasing
technical acumen by contributing innovative ideas that accelerate
customer success in the Cloud Conducting group and one-on-one




training sessions across the Center in your areas of expertise
Supporting account portfolio growth by driving engagement and
adoption What We Are Looking For Proficient or bilingual in Flemish
, with fluency in English — both mandatory 3 to 6+ years of
experience in technology-related sales or business development
Minimum Fundamentals certification in a relevant technology —
mandatory Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical
architecture for productivity and communications solutions
Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning Experience
with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications
solution design, migration, and management Knowledge of business
drivers and emerging cloud computing trends Proven track record of
outstanding performance and goal achievement Strong interpersonal,
verbal, and written communication skills Success-driven mindset
with the ability to work independently and within diverse teams in
dynamic environments Nice to have: L200 certification Knowledge of
identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance within
cloud and hybrid environments What Is on Offer Hybrid work model
