Representing Tatcha, the modern Japanese luxury skincare brand inspired by timeless beauty rituals, alongside K18, the pioneering biotech haircare brand transforming hair repair through cutting‑edge science, you’ll inspire customers with expert product knowledge and exceptional service. This role is based across our Sephora stores in Madrid. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDeliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and expert product recommendations. /li liHit sales targets and KPI objectives. /li liBuild trusted relationships with retail teams and store managers. /li liEducate and coach store teams, building their confidence in our brands and products. /li liSupport product launches, in‑store events, and brand activations. /li liMaintain high standards of brand presentation and execution across your territory. /li liShare feedback and insights to help enhance the customer experience and drive business performance. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liPassionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. /li liAdaptable, with a willingness to support wherever the business needs you most.
