ph3At ING we are looking for a Technical PO /h3 h3Your role and work environment: /h3 pWe are looking for a talented and enthusiastic bTechnical PO /bto join us. /p h3Your key responsibilities: /h3 pWhat you'll be doing as a bTechnical /b bProduct Owner /b: /p ul liTake part to different type of meetings, workshops or any other kind of interactions in order to be accountable on both business and technical point of view within the team. /li liUnderstand the architectural vision, context and direction and explain them to the team from both business and technical point of view taking into consideration always the product goal and mission. /li liThroughout the product development phase, create and prioritize requirements (with business, functional and sometimes technical details) in the forms of Themes, Epics, Features and Stories and facilitates backlog refinement sessions. /li liMake sure DOR (Definition of Ready), previously agreed with the team is met for each backlog item. /li liWrite clear Acceptance Criteria for both business and technical items, including Test scenarios if possible. /li liDrive the planning sessions with focus on the deadlines and goals of the product and product release plan. /li liMake sure the DOD for each backlog item is accomplished. /li liWith the Agile Coach support, you will work to transform your team into a high-performing one. /li liTake part of the testing part, in some cases running technical tests, other times just validating from a functional / business perspective. /li liProviding an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Re-lease/Sprint Goals. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWe’re currently looking for someone who: /p ul liHas experience in backlog management /li liProven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them. /li liExperience in supporting/rolling out software /li liA ‘go to’ person for the team when it comes to clarity and domain information /li liHas Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
