This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining technical vision, pragmatic decision-making, and cross-team leadership to build scalable, secure, and maintainable software. /p /brh3What You Will Do /h3 /brul /brliDefine and evolve the architectural vision for scalable, secure, and maintainable SaaS solutions aligned with business goals. /li /brliLead architecture decisions across services, APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities. /li /brliGuide the move toward container-based architectures and modern cloud-native engineering practices. /li /brliWork closely with engineering teams to improve software design, code quality, testing, deployment, and production readiness. /li /brliCollaborate with DevOps and platform teams to align solutions with company standards, templates, and deployment practices around Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and monorepo workflows. /li /brliShape multi-tenant SaaS capabilities, including tenant-aware services, security boundaries, and platform scalability. /li /brliPartner with product management, stakeholders, and technical leaders to shape and defend the technical roadmap. /li /brliMentor engineers and help foster strong architectural and engineering practices across teams.



/li /brliRepresent your team in the broader architecture community and contribute to alignment across departments. /li /br /ul /brh3What is a must? /h3 /brul /brliProven experience in a Software Architect or similar senior technical leadership role. /li /brliStrong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications in container-based environments. /li /brliSolid knowledge of Kubernetes and modern deployment practices for containerized workloads. /li /brliStrong experience with .NET / C#, and the ability to guide architecture in a mixed-technology environment. /li /brliStrong understanding of software architecture principles, OOP, SOLID, design patterns, and maintainable system design. /li /brliExperience designing SaaS and multi-tenant solutions. /li /brliStrong knowledge of API design, HTTP, REST, and service integration patterns. /li /brliSolid understanding of application and API security best practices. /li /brliExperience working with relational and NoSQL databases. /li /brliStrong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain and defend technical decisions across technical and non-technical audiences. /li /brliAbility to lead through influence, mentor engineers, and create alignment across teams. /li /br /ul /brh3What is nice to have? /h3 /brul /brliExperience with Python in production systems. /li /brliFamiliarity with Helm, ArgoCD, and monorepo-based development models. /li /brliExperience with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. /li /brliFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
