The regular repair of assigned Leica products such as : /li /ulh3GPS (Leica iCon and Viva) /h3h3TPS (TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16 iCon, Flexline,) /h3h3TS60/MS60, TS03,0710 iCon /h3ulliSupport customers with technical inquiries /liliLiaising with clients, direct, phone and email /liliRecord keeping, quotes and assist with data recording /liliTroubleshooting and analysing problem issues for iCon, Viva Captivate. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 4 years experiences with Leica TPS/GPS products /liliSpecific training undergone in Leica factory in Heerbrugg /liliExperience in preparing Leica Service Audit /liliExtensive knowledge of Leica GPS products, GPS1200 and GS15 /liliExtensive knowledge of Leica TPS products TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16,Flexline, TS60/MS60,TS03,07,10) /liliDesire to learn new technologies and skills, both via training and self-learning.
