The position involves responsibility and a significant impact on the business. /p h3Main Accountabilities Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse the betting behaviours of our client base, using advanced metrics and reporting tools to determine future expected value. /li liBe responsible for bonus control and promotional performance, including tracking cost, impact on margin,



and user behaviour linked to promotions. /li liMake quantitative and qualitative risk management decisions to optimize revenues of our brand across Online sports betting verticals. /li liActively monitor and optimise promotion mechanics (free bets, free spins, campaigns, tournaments) to balance user acquisition, retention, and profitability. /li liUndertake Project work to improve the efficacy of our tools, processes, and guidelines. /li liTrack sporting events both before and during the event, including their odds, and review prices based on the game's progress, liquidity patterns, and market behavior. /li liMonitor betting patterns, identify irregular activity, and control liabilities in real-time to protect the sportsbook from excessive exposure. /li liCollaborate with data analysts to test, improve, and refine reports based on statistical data and historical operating results. /li liMonitor feed reliability and event integrity, escalating or resolving operational issues quickly. /li liAnalyze large historical datasets and market signals to identify inefficiencies, improve reaction speed, and optimize future strategies. /li liKeep up-to-date with sports news and events that may impact the odds. /li liWork closely with other Operations teams to ensure that all picks are accurately offered, settled and any trading-related concerns are addressed. /li liAbility to interrogate data and communicate insights effectively.
