Establish and enforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, and production readiness. Lead people management activities including coaching, feedback, and career development. Build and maintain a motivated, accountable, and psychologically safe team culture. Develop and maintain a 12-month technical roadmap aligned with business and platform strategies. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Dev Ops, and cross-functional teams. Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure rapid productivity. Following qualifications would be in line with our desired profile for this position Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role in software development. Strong technical background with ability to review and challenge technical designs.



Deep understanding of software delivery processes, testing strategies, and production readiness. Demonstrated success in people management, coaching, and building high-performing teams. Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills in complex delivery environments. Experience with Java, Spring, Rest API, AWS (Kafka, Postgres), Grafana Cloud, and cloud-native development. Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Saa S-first approaches. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset.
