You will own and improve the delivery experience for engineering teams by making pipelines, deployments, and release processes faster, safer, and more reliable. In this role, you combine deep technical expertise with informal leadership to strengthen build and delivery engineering across the group. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liOwn and evolve CI pipelines across multiple product lines, with a focus on reliability, speed, and maintainability /li liManage the Seven Education GitHub organization, including repository structure, access control, branching strategies, code review workflows, and secrets management /li liDesign, maintain, and improve application deployment tooling, including Helm charts, GitOps workflows, and deployment pipelines /li liDefine and refine deployment standards such as environment promotion, rollback strategies, and release processes /li liImprove build performance and reduce friction in the software delivery lifecycle /li liManage container image registries and support a reliable artifact lifecycle /li liPartner closely with product engineering teams to shorten feedback loops and make deployments more predictable and repeatable /li liAct as a trusted technical counterpart for build and delivery topics across the organization /li liSupport and grow the technical capability of the build engineering team through guidance, collaboration, and shared standards /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role focused on software delivery, build infrastructure, or platform engineering /li liStrong hands‑on experience with GitHub at organizational scale, including repository management, GitHub Actions, access policies, and secrets handling /li liStrong experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing CI pipelines /li liSolid understanding of Kubernetes application deployment, especially with Helm and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux /li liExperience managing container registries and artifact pipelines /li liA strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle, including branching models, environment management, and release coordination /li liConfidence working across multiple teams and translating technical complexity into scalable, practical delivery standards /li liA collaborative and enabling mindset, with the ability to support engineers and improve developer experience across product teams /li liExperience with build performance optimization, such as caching, parallelization, or incremental pipelines, is helpful /li liExperience consolidating workflows or repositories into a unified GitHub organization is a plus /li liInterest in building self‑service tooling for product engineers is welcome /li liProfessional working proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment /li /ul h3Where you’ll be /h3 pThis role is based in bMadrid or Girona /b and works in a hybrid setup.
