ph3Graduate Visual UI Designer /h3 pJoin Canonical as a Visual UI Designer and help turn complex, open-source software into intuitive products. /p h3What this role looks like /h3 ul liWork on web projects with a multidisciplinary team of visual, UX designers, engineers and researchers. /li liDesign brand experiences across events, offices, digital and social assets. /li liTranslate current design thinking into polished visual work that aligns with Ubuntu and Canonical brands. /li liCollaborate with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life and iterate based on user feedback. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liExcellent academic record. /li liBachelor’s or equivalent in Art / Design. /li liExceptional design talent with experience in branding, visual identities and brand experiences. /li liStrong knowledge and passion for user experience, technology and design. /li liCommitment to continuous learning – curious, flexible, scientific. /li liExperience with InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, or Penpot. /li liExperience in web standards, typography, colour, layout, usability, accessibility.
