ph3Supply Chain Manager /h3 pbApplication Deadline: /b 28 August 2026 /p pbDepartment: /b Logistics /p pbEmployment Type: /b Full Time /p pbLocation: /b Barcelona /p pbReporting To: /b Karina Vasconcelos /p h3Description /h3 pThe Supply Chain Manager will lead and control the end-to-end flow of shipments for one of adm Indicia's clients, ensuring seamless execution from origin to final destination, including inbound and outbound warehouse operations. /p pThis is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional with strong ownership and decision-making capabilities. /p pThis is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1 day per week expected from our Barcelona office. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage end-to-end shipment flows from supplier origin to final destination /li liCoordinate suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and client teams /li liPlan and execute FCL, LCL, air, road, and courier shipments /li liOversee bookings, documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery milestones /li liManage general import and export shipments, including Asia and Europe trade flows /li liCoordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations and stock movements /li liEnsure alignment between stock, shipment planning, and system records /li liEnsure compliance with import/export requirements and customs processes /li liResolve shipment issues including delays, damages, documentation, and customs holds /li liTake ownership of OTIF delivery performance, service levels, timelines, and budgets /li liMonitor freight, warehousing, and logistics costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities /li liSupport logistics pricing, cost management, and rate negotiations /li liPartner with Account Management, Operations, Finance, and Order Management teams /li liProvide shipment updates, reporting, and operational insights to stakeholders and clients /li liMaintain accurate logistics data, KPI reporting,



and performance dashboards /li liIdentify process improvements and support SOP development and implementation /li liBuild and manage relationships with logistics providers, brokers, and warehouse partners /li liOversee third‑party service performance and drive continuous improvement /li liLead, develop, and support the logistics team, including onboarding, training, performance management, and goal setting /li liCollaborate with internal departments and client‑facing teams to ensure effective service delivery /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree /li li7+ years' experience in international logistics, warehousing, and import/export operations /li liStrong experience in global transport, customs, and warehousing operations /li liStrong knowledge of logistics pricing, freight cost calculations, and cost structures /li liDeep understanding of Incoterms, freight modes, and shipment planning /li liExperience managing third‑party logistics providers and customs brokers /li liStrong operational focus with end‑to‑end shipment ownership /li liAbility to work effectively across different cultures /li liExcellent organisational and problem‑solving skills /li liStrong attention to detail /li liAbility to manage multiple shipments and projects simultaneously /li liProven leadership skills /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liProactive and solution‑oriented approach /li liAbility to perform in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments /li liAdvanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills /li liFluent English, both written and verbal /li /ul h3Equal Opportunities /h3 padm-Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
