The role focuses on leading the Integration Team, ensuring high service levels, and driving strategic customer engagement to support growth and commercial success. /ph3What You'll Do: /h3ulliLead, coach, and manage a team of TAM and Integration Analysts, driving high performance and professional growth. /liliOversee end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value merchants, ensuring tailored integration aligned with business objectives. /liliEnsure every merchant goes live smoothly by streamlining implementation processes and eliminating bottlenecks. /liliSupport clients through API integration using clear documentation and best-practice guidance. /liliEstablish standardized procedures and maintain a robust knowledge base to enhance team efficiency and consistency. /liliCollaborate with commercial stakeholders to execute strategies that maximize merchant success and revenue potential. /liliAct as the central point of coordination between support and commercial teams, ensuring unified execution of merchant strategies. /liliOptimize cross-team workflows and enhance internal communication for better alignment and execution. /liliMonitor VIP merchant performance to identify opportunities for increased transaction volume and conversion. /liliTrack and manage team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company priorities and performance targets. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For: /h3ulliProven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing technical support teams.



/liliAbility to inspire and lead a team towards achieving both individual and organizational goals. /liliStrong understanding of business and commercial processes, with the ability to align technical support efforts with broader business objectives. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliStrong relationship-building skills, with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships. /liliProficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools like Jira, Freshdesk, and Salesforce. /liliIn-depth knowledge of technology and industry trends, with hands-on experience in API integrations, data analysis, and the use of technical tools such as Postman and SQL. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience /h3pbEducation: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in systems administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. /liliAdvanced certifications in technology or project management are highly desirable. /li /ulpbQualifications: /b /pulliMinimum of 3 years of experience in the Fintech industry, with a strong background in technical support, account management, or a related field.
