The role is intended for a high-calibre professional who combines strong technical capabilities with sound commercial judgement and the ability to operate autonomously within a lean investment platform. /p pAcross Lamar, all professionals are expected to demonstrate strong intellectual curiosity, with a continuous focus on improving how work is done. This includes an active interest in leveraging data, technology and AI-enabled tools in day-to-day activities to enhance productivity, analytical depth and decision-making throughout the investment process.



/p pThe role offers direct exposure to senior decision-makers and active participation in investment committee processes, financing discussions and strategic execution across real estate investments in the EMENA region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeal Execution (End-to-End): full responsibility for executing transactions from initial sourcing and screening through underwriting, investment committee approval, closing and exit analysis. /li liUnderwriting Financial Modelling: build, own and continuously refine complex development and investment models, including cash flow forecasting, sensitivities and return analysis. /li liTransaction Analysis: evaluate investment opportunities across residential and mixed-use assets, including pricing, capital structure optimisation and risk assessment. /li liFinancing Capital Structuring: support and coordinate senior and mezzanine debt processes, prepare lender materials and engage with banks, debt funds and advisors. /li liInvestment Committee Materials: prepare and present high-quality investment memoranda, valuation summaries and decision materials. /li liDue Diligence Management: coordinate and critically review commercial, financial, legal and technical due diligence alongside external advisors.



/li liMarket Asset Intelligence: conduct deep market research, competitive benchmarking and thematic analysis to support investment theses. /li /ul h3The Idóneo Candidate /h3 ul liExperience Level: 5–7 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, principal investing or a comparable investment role. /li liExecution-Driven: demonstrated experience taking deals from sourcing through execution, not limited to execution support. /li liAnalytical Excellence: advanced financial modelling and investment analysis capabilities. /li liAI-Native Curious: naturally curious about new technologies, with a strong interest in AI and its practical application in day-to-day investment work. Constantly up to date on new tools and approaches that enhance productivity and decision-making. /li liHigh-Performance Mindset: comfortable working in a lean team with high accountability and ownership. /li liEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field. /li liLanguages: Fluency in English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
