The Junior Artwork Coordinator manages and coordinates artwork projects for printed packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical accuracy, and alignment with brand and company standards across EMEA for different clients in the FMCG sector. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the end-to-end artwork process for printed packaging, from briefing to final approval. /li liManage artwork updates related to new product launches, packaging changes, regulatory updates, and business continuity initiatives. /li liCollaborate closely with marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, RD, and supply chain teams to gather inputs and secure approvals. /li liWork with repro agencies, packaging suppliers, and printers to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and print readiness. /li liReview and proof artwork files to ensure compliance, consistency, and high attention to detail. /li liTrack timelines and proactively manage deadlines to ensure smooth project delivery. /li liMaintain version control, documentation, and approval records to ensure traceability. /li liSupport harmonization and optimization initiatives across markets to improve efficiency and consistency. /li liEnsure artwork status is correctly maintained in internal systems (e.g.,
