Our people are our strength and share our vision to become a general leader in the IoT field, inspiring people to innovate, scale their businesses, and change lives. /p h3In this role, you will: /h3 ul liDesign, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and related internal activities /li liConduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to continuously and proactively improve the overall employee experience /li liReview and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal practices in alignment with global HQ standards and Spanish labour regulations /li liManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-ups, and HR documentation /li liHandle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements /li liSupport employees and resolve people-related matters with empathy, professionalism,
