This will also involve working closely with the Product team, Departments and the Product Manager to prioritise objectively the goals to ensure business growth, scalability, and excellence in delivery. /p h3Your Role and Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnder the management of the Product Manager, coordinate and execute the Product strategy to optimize the conversion rate, engagement, and user retention. /li liResearch and analyze markets and competitors, including device types, usability, languages, and related functionalities. /li liAnalyze user behavior and data to identify actionable insights,



optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels. /li liAlign CRO initiatives with product owners, UX/UI designers, Product Analyst, Departments, and Product Manager. /li liDefine CRO requirements in detail and coordinate developments with the development team to meet requirements on agreed timelines. /li liAnalyze and report CRO impact results, providing data and recommendations. /li liDefine, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve the user journey and overall conversion rates. /li liDive into qualitative and quantitative data to generate product innovations. /li liCommunicate opportunities, new trends, and innovations to the product team and Product Manager. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with CRO experience in a software or tech-driven environment. /li liTechnology passionate. Familiar with IT suppliers and technical integrations. /li liKnowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use cases, user stories, user journeys, and flows. /li liExperience running A/B tests; ideally, with the VWO tool. /li liStrong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with attention to detail. /li liAbility to work independently to conduct research and analyze markets. /li liExcellent communication skills, a team player with a positive attitude.
