CLM/CRM Analytics and/or Risk Analytics. /p /lilipConduct analyses in typical analytical tools ranging from SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, Excel, etc. /p /lilipCommunicate analyses via compelling presentations. /p /lilipSolve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis /p /lilipPrepare and facilitating workshops /p /lilipManage stakeholders and communicating with executives /p /lilipCoach and mentor team members /p /li /ulh3What you’ll bring /h3ullip3–5 years of professional experience in the analytics domain. /p /lilipAdvanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Programming, or related field). /p /lilipStrong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and derive actionable recommendations from data analysis. /p /lilipStrong technical expertise in data analysis, statistics, and programming, with proficiency in Python, Hadoop, SQL, and/or R. /p /lilipHands‑on experience with Python data libraries and tools such as Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit‑Learn, and Matplotlib. /p /lilipAbility to communicate effectively using the language of statistics, finance, and economics is a plus. /p /lilipFluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). /p /li /ulpAt Metyis, we are driven by curiosity and collaboration.
