You will own the day-to-day operations of our private cloud platform - monitoring health, managing resources, enforcing governance, and ensuring consumers get reliable, efficient service. You will also contribute to our wider infrastructure operations, supporting compute and storage services across data center environments. This is a hands‑on operational role with real ownership. You are the person between the platform and its users - keeping it running well, holding consumers accountable for efficiency, and reporting clearly on operational state. /p h3As a Private Cloud Infrastructure Operations Engineer you will: /h3 ul liMonitor platform health, utilisation, and capacity across all private cloud environments /li liManage compute provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle operations /li liTrack resource utilisation and deliver reporting - driving efficiency and accountability /li liManage quotas, resolve capacity issues, and plan for growth /li liProvide first-line operational support - triage incidents, apply known fixes, elevate appropriately /li liEnforce operational standards, access controls, and governance policies /li liManage environment intake and provisioning for consumers /li liSupport compute and storage infrastructure operations (server lifecycle, Ceph storage, shared services)
