You will actively contribute to experiments, ensure they are implemented correctly, and help turn insights into measurable improvements. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liSupport end‑to‑end CRO cycles: bresearch → hypothesis → testing → analysis → rollout /b, in collaboration with the Senior Growth Manager. /li liAssist with funnel analysis to identify friction points and optimization opportunities across multiple reverse lookup funnels. /li liHelp translate bhypotheses into clear experiment /b requirements and briefs for engineers. /li liWork closely with engineering teams to ensure experiments are implemented accurately and meet quality standards. /li liTrack experiment status, results, and learnings across multiple funnels. /li liAnalyze test outcomes using basic statistical understanding to identify winners, losers, and follow‑up opportunities. /li liMaintain and regularly update the bexperimentation backlog /b, ensuring priorities, statuses, and documentation are always current. /li liDocument learnings and contribute to building a structured experimentation knowledge base. /li liCommunicate clearly with internal stakeholders on experiment progress, outcomes,
