ph3Job Overview /h3 pLocation: Sant Joan Despí (BCN), ES /p pWe are looking for a Profile Engineer in Barcelona to set up data generation and personalization of physical and virtual profiles. The role is part of the Service Delivery Operations function under the supervision of the Regional Head of Service Delivery Operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and test a configuration of a new product based on specifications provided by the customer product manager. /li liPrepare and provide configuration for new products. /li liTest configurations previously developed. /li liTransfer the released configuration to a real production environment in the optimized and compliance conditions. /li liTake accountability and responsibility towards assigned process roles, support level 1 data generation engineers on error troubleshooting. /li liCoordinate tasks with DataGen Engineer to set up the product in a real production environment. /li liSupport DataGen Engineer in case of an incident. /li liStay updated with new product specifications and updates in the product/service specifications. /li liKeep in contact with RD for new software releases. /li liEnsure specifications are received from Customer Project Managers. /li liEvaluate, improve and add applicable work instructions. /li /ul h3Required Skills Knowledge /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of PC-network (LAN). /li liBasic knowledge of database systems like MS SQL Server. /li liBasic understanding of software development processes. /li liAbility to work under pressure.
