ppbMission /b As a Manufacturing Supply Business Impact Lead, you act as the domain expert and solution architect for Aily App manufacturing and supply modules. Your mission is to embed Aily App into core routines across manufacturing sites, supply networks, and regional operations, enabling Fortune 500 companies to reduce decision latency and move faster from signal to action. You own the Aily MS client journey from first integration to enterprise-wide adoption, ensuring the product is fully deployed, trusted, and embedded into daily decision‑making to deliver measurable performance impact. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pAct as the manufacturing and supply domain expert and solution architect for Aily App modules: /p ul liInternally: Translate manufacturing and supply chain routines into product requirements and AI decision logic, refine model performance, and shape the product roadmap and future high‑impact operational use cases. /li liExternally: Drive client value realization by leading deployments, guiding operational data readiness, validating AI through manufacturing site and supply leadership feedback, upskilling operational managers and executives, and accelerating time to value. /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate manufacturing and supply chain routines into product requirements and AI decision logic. /li liDefine AI outcomes and decision quality standards. /li liCo‑shape scalable product capabilities across manufacturing and supply use cases. /li liPartner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and product readiness. /li liDefine and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine‑tuning needs to accelerate deployment and time to value. /li liInfluence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights. /li liAct as the trusted manufacturing and supply domain expert for clients and internal Product and AI teams. /li liBe the trusted advisor to manufacturing leaders, supply chain heads,
and COOs. /li liRepresent user needs in product and roadmap discussions. /li liCommunicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade‑offs in clear operational language. /li liMentor and coach junior team members. /li liDrive rollouts from entry‑point use cases to enterprise‑wide adoption. /li liOwn time to first active user and time to routine across manufacturing and supply deployments. /li liUpskill and evangelise users and champions through workshops, executive sessions, and engagement campaigns. /li liEnsure AI becomes embedded into daily manufacturing site and supply decision‑making cadences. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor, Master, or MBA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing site operations and supply chain decision‑making in large enterprises. /li li5–7 years of experience in consulting with focus on manufacturing, supply chain, operations transformation, or corporate manufacturing leadership roles. /li liExposure to analytics, performance management, or AI initiatives within the domain. /li liTech‑savvy profile with familiarity with data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behaviour, gained through close collaboration with product and data science teams. /li liProven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients. /li liExtreme ownership mindset, with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value. /li liStrong communication skills with senior and executive stakeholders.
