Oversee pending financing cases and manage escalations as needed. /p /li lipDevelop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to provide a range of consumer finance credit options for patients. /p /li lipNegotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to ensure competitive rates and favorable terms for patients. /p /li lipMaintain up-to-date knowledge of available financial assistance options, including those offered by financial institutions, and educate the treatment coordinator (sales team)



on the application process. /p /li lipParticipate in the automation of consumer finance applications and sales processes. /p /li lipDevelop solutions and internal operations to improve the patient financing experience. /p /li lipManage the recoverability of collections and ensure the least possible exposure to credit risk. /p /li lipBe responsible for a variety of advanced reporting for consumer finance performance internally and with the providers. /p /li lipAssist in other financial projects. /p /li /ul h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul lipBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. /p /li lip5+ years of experience in financial control, payment operations, or consumer finance, preferably in a multinational or multi-entity environment. /p /li lipFluency in English, Spanish is a strong plus. /p /li lipExperience working with ERP systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms. /p /li lipAdvanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets. /p /li lipHigh attention to detail and process discipline. /p /li lipStrong cross-functional communication skills. /p /li lipProblem‑solving mindset. /p /li lipAbility to manage multiple stakeholders. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
