ph3About the Role: /h3 pAs a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. /p pThis job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ul liWork with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. /li liAcknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders. /li liCollect information reports to find out performance and progress status. /li liFile work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. /li liMonitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling. /li liFollow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions. /li liRespond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.



/li liUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. /li liImpact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. /li liDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need: /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience. /li liAbility to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. /li liCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information. /li liWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples includes Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. /li liStrong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. /li liBasic math skills.
