As HR u0026amp; Payroll Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of managed payroll services for international clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing. You will manage client relationships, drive continuous improvement, and act as the main escalation point for payroll issues. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and support the professional development of the payroll team. This role offers impact across a growing, international HR and payroll services platform, with opportunities to shape operations and standards.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and manage the HR u0026 payroll operations team to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing within scope and SLAs
• Strengthen client relationships as the primary contact for payroll service delivery
• Prepare and present payroll performance reports and KPIs in monthly reviews
• Monitor SLA compliance and service level credits, addressing deviations
• Act as escalation point for unresolved payroll issues and ensure effective resolution
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Country Leads to implement process improvements
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and onboarding for the payroll team
• Conduct regular team evaluations and support professional development
• Develop and deliver training materials for payroll staff
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance team and promote continuous improvement




• Ensure compliance with global and local payroll regulations and standards
• Coordinate team-impacting projects to achieve defined results

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in HR/payroll operations, international or MPS/BPO environment
• Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll standards
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPI measurement, and reporting
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Change Management, planning and implementation of organizational changes
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors or similar platforms is a plus
• Payroll certifications (CPP, CPS, CPM) are advantageous
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
