Experteer Overview
In this role you will support complex, pan-European transaction advisory engagements for Private Equity, financial institutions and corporates. You collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory solutions across industries, and you’ll be involved in business development and cross-service line activities. You gain exposure to deal-making by working with Directors and Managing Directors, and you’ll participate in market activity to strengthen client relationships. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Deliver multiple Transaction Advisory engagements across Spain and Europe, partnering with Directors and the TAG team
• Engage with large-cap and mid-cap Private Equity, corporate clients and financial institutions to provide broad industry exposure
• Support senior team members in commercial activities and business development, leveraging deal experience




• Apply financial analysis to understand drivers and valuation considerations in transactions
• Work with operational and commercial professionals in integrated project teams within the due diligence and deal process
• Network across service lines and contribute to external marketing events to build cross-service line relationships
• Proactively develop and nurture client relationships and originate new business opportunities
• Contribute to cross-border, cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades
• Strong educational background with focus on Finance, Accounting and/or Mathematics
• Audit experience (4–5 years) within a Big4 firm; Private Equity exposure is advantageous
• Fluent business-level English and Spanish is essential; other European languages advantageous
