You’ll use AI tools to work faster and unlock ideas — but not everything is made with AI: real editing craft, storytelling, and a strong sense of rhythm still do the heavy lifting. We’re looking for a senior editor who blends deep video craft with genuine AI fluency, and who can set the bar for quality and pace across our video output. If you fit the requirements, remember to send your CV together with your portfolio (reels and any AI-assisted work you’re proud of). /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liEdit and produce high-performing video ads — hooks, UGC-style edits, product videos, and short-form animations — for Meta (Facebook Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads. /li liCombine traditional editing craft (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut) with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript, or Topaz to speed up production, generate b-roll, upscale footage, and create variations — used where they add value, not for the sake of it. /li liCut existing footage, UGC, and brand assets into multiple ad variations — different hooks, angles, pacing, captions, and formats — to fuel rapid creative testing. /li liBuild and reuse editing “flows”: templates, presets, and light AI-assisted pipelines that let us scale video output without losing quality or brand consistency. /li liAct as the connection point between the Brand team and the Performance team: turn brand guidelines into conversion-driven video,



and turn performance feedback into the next round of edits. /li liApply strong criteria on rhythm, sound design, subtitles, typography, and branding so every video feels unmistakably COCUNAT. /li liSet and raise the quality bar for our video ads, and help define the editing standards, references, and workflows the wider team follows. /li liStay ahead of new AI video tools and short-form trends, and bring those innovations into our creative process. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li4+ years of experience editing video for digital advertising or social content, ideally in a DTC / e-commerce brand or a marketing agency — a senior profile who can work autonomously. /li liExpert command of video editing tools — Premiere and After Effects (and/or CapCut) — with a sharp eye for pacing, sound, and short-form storytelling. /li liStrong hands-on experience with AI video and creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or Descript — and clear, senior judgment about when to use AI and when to edit by hand. /li liDeep understanding of advertising language, conversion principles, and paid-social best practices for video. /li liA sharp creative eye and high standards — able to keep taste and brand quality high while producing at volume. /li liComfortable working at speed, turning around many video variations without sacrificing craft, and able to prioritize under pressure. /li liA collaborative,
