In doing so, we make a key contribution to the success of our company. /p pAs Dynamics 365 Platform Owner for our internal IT, you take end-to-end ownership of our Microsoft business application landscape, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central and custom applications built on the Power Platform. /p pThis role is aimed at someone who combines platform ownership with a pragmatic, hands‑on mindset and enjoys turning business challenges into sustainable solutions. /p h3This is what you get up for in the morning /h3 ul liEnd-to-end ownership and strategic development of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central and custom business applications based on Power Platform. /li liOwn the full lifecycle of changes and user stories, from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, adoption and productive go-live. /li liIdentify opportunities to digitalize, simplify and automate end-to-end business processes. /li liDesign and introduce new solutions and applications on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. /li liConfigure and customize applications independently and coordinate more complex developments with internal developers and external partners.



/li liEnsure stable and reliable operation of business-critical applications, including incident and problem management. /li liPlan and coordinate releases, platform updates and upgrades. /li liCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product and platform owner, developers and data engineers to build integrated and scalable solutions. /li liConduct workshops and trainings and actively drive user adoption. /li liSupport access, security role and license management within the platform. /li liTake over deputy and backup responsibilities for additional business-critical applications within the Internal IT application landscape. /li /ul h3We would like you to bring /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or comparable business application platforms. /li liStrong experience in application or platform management, ideally in a senior or ownership role. /li liGood understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform; experience with Business Central is a strong advantage. /li liStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions. /li liPronounced ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for a business-critical platform. /li liStrong hands‑on mentality and technical affinity,
