ppOur client is a major player in the integral telecommunications industry, with a strong footprint in Spain and international operations across Europe and Latin America. The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group’s tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. /p pTo support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands‑on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group’s geographies. /p pManage end‑to‑end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering. /p pPartner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process. /p pSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach. /p pDrive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross‑country coordination, candidate experience). /p pContribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystem. /p pTrack and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time‑to‑hire to support data‑driven decisions. /p pbATS sourcing: /b LinkedIn Recruiter, enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), Boolean search. /p pbTech stacks recruited: /b Java, Python, .NET, JS/TS, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Network. /p pbHR tools: /b Workday or SAP SuccessFactors,
mobility and relocation platforms. /p pbLanguages used internally: /b Spanish, English. /p h3Required Skills /h3 ul li3 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, agency or in‑house. /li liSolid track record on full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, data or cloud roles. /li liHands‑on experience contributing to or leading HR projects beyond recruitment (mobility, onboarding, employer branding, process design). /li liStrong sourcing skills, comfortable with Boolean and direct approach. /li liFluent Spanish and professional English. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a telecommunications, large tech or international group environment. /li liExposure to international mobility frameworks (visa, relocation, tax basics). /li liFamiliarity with enterprise HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors). /li liAutonomous and structured, able to juggle recruitment delivery and project work in parallel. /li liStrong stakeholder management, comfortable interacting with technical hiring managers and senior HR partners. /li liCurious about tech, willing to keep learning stacks and market trends. /li liComfortable in a large organization, but with a hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset. /li /ul pBase salary: 40,000 to 50,000 € gross annual, depending on experience. /p pBonus and benefits package aligned with group policy (private health insurance, meal vouchers, pension plan). /p pHybrid model: 3 days at the Madrid office, 2 days remote. /p pAccess to internal mobility, training catalog and tech communities. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
