As Technical Product Owner, you drive the delivery and evolution of Roche Diagnostics' web experience and analytics ecosystem. You partner with business, engineering, UX/UI, and regional teams to translate needs into technical solutions, delivering scalable, compliant digital experiences across websites, portals and connected platforms. You shape capabilities in CMS, personalization, search, and analytics while aligning with architecture, security, and standards. This role offers hands-on impact in a global, patient-focused context.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own and prioritize the backlog for Web Experience u0026 Web Analytics platforms; translate requirements into user stories, tech specs, and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, testing, and releases with development teams; ensure DOA/DoR
• Support day-to-day delivery across engineers, vendors, and partners
• Drive delivery and improvement of global/regional websites, localization workflows, personalization, analytics, and consent/identity experiences
• Coordinate platform integration across CMS (AEM and others), DAM, PIM, IAM/SSO, CDP/CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools




• Work with architects to validate feasibility and integration approaches; manage APIs, data flows, metadata
• Ensure scalability, security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance; coordinate testing, release readiness, and production validation
• Act as primary interface with stakeholders and vendors; support governance, roadmaps, and prioritization

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as Technical Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or similar
• Experience delivering enterprise web platforms, portals, or digital ecosystems
• Proficient with Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams and external partners
• xqbhyrx Experience with CMS, DAM, personalization, analytics, and web integrations
• Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, and platform architectures
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: experience in life sciences/regulated industries; familiarity with AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, Wordpress, Drupal; knowledge of DAM, PIM, consent/identity management, analytics, and SEO; multilingual/global website ecosystems; accessibility/localization governance
