This role is focused on operating and optimizing critical production infrastructure within a measurable, performance-driven operations environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, urgency in incident response, and a continuous improvement mindset, with exposure to automation and emerging AI-driven operational capabilities. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pulliOperate and manage global production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services. /liliTake end-to-end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. /liliWork within a measurable operations framework, proactively improving SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs. /liliTroubleshoot complex cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments. /liliDrive operational excellence by continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and observability practices. /liliIdentify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling). /liliContribute to the adoption of AI-assisted operations (AIOps), predictive alerting, and intelligent automation where applicable. /liliCollaborate with DevOps, Engineering,



and Security teams to ensure platforms meet non-functional requirements (availability, performance, scalability, and security). /liliEnsure compliance with governance and security standards including ISO 27001-related controls. /liliMaintain accurate documentation and runbooks to support operational readiness and knowledge sharing. /lilistrongParticipate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, demonstrating accountability and urgency during escalations. /strong /li /ul /pbrstrongQualifications /strongbrh3OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS /h3pulliStrong ownership mindset with accountability for service outcomes, not just tasks. /liliAbility to operate effectively in a high-pressure, always-on production environment. /liliData-driven approach to operations, using metrics and KPIs to guide decisions and improvements. /liliContinuous improvement mindset focused on automation, simplification, and standardization. /liliProactive identification of risk and preventative action to avoid incidents. /liliClear communicator during incidents and when coordinating across teams. /li /ul /ph3ABOUT YOUR SKILLS /h3pulli3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure/platform operations roles. /liliStrong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premise enterprise infrastructure. /liliProven experience working in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management). /liliExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). /liliStrong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes). /liliExperience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). /liliScripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, or similar). /liliExposure to AI/automation tooling in operations (monitoring intelligence, predictive analytics, or similar). /liliUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing). /liliExperience working within ITIL or SRE-based operational models.
