This role is hands‑on and delivery focused, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple recruitment processes while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Recruitment Delivery /h3 ul liManage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across Spain, from role briefing to offer acceptance /li liPartner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines and interview processes /li liSource, screen and assess candidates using a variety of channels /li liCoordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes efficiently and professionally /li liEnsure an inclusive, consistent and positive candidate experience /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liBuild strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across Spain /li liProvide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges and regional market conditions /li liSupport hiring managers with interview best practices and decision making /li /ul h3ATS Process Management /h3 ul liManage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint)



/li liEnsure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirements Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of working /li /ul h3Reporting Collaboration /h3 ul liTrack recruitment activity and support reporting requirements /li liCollaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior roles /li liSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in Spain as needed /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3 ul liExperience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role /li liExperience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment /li liExperience recruiting across EU markets is a plus /li liFamiliarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools /li liFluent in business English and Spanish.
