Location: Barcelona or Zürich. /p pAs an AI Engineering Manager you will work directly with clients and take ownership of one to many collaborations with the purpose of creating significant value for our client. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libEnsure outstanding delivery: /b /li ul liLead by example and support the teams you work with /li liOversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the client’s needs /li liContribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy /li liFocus on stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership /li liOvercome obstacles to unlock real business benefits and ROI for clients /li liCreate and continuously monitor value-based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI) /li liDrive and implement corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver value-based solutions /li liManage delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and internal KPIs /li /ul libOwn our clients relationship: /b /li ul liInteract with clients to cultivate partnerships, identify new value creation avenues, and propose innovative initiatives /li liFoster a diverse portfolio of clients, develop relationships with key stakeholders,
