ph3About the Role /h3 pThe Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for driving the growth and success of payment products by developing strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and overall product engagement. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration across various teams to ensure that payment solutions meet market demands and align with business objectives. Typically, you ensure that the product not only attracts users but also grows efficiently as the company scales. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork closely with product managers, business, development and data engineering teams to guide the sales, marketing and growth team in problem discoveries, monitor and give visibility of product metrics and KPIs. /li liTranslate product and business questions into analysis and actionable insights. /li liDevelop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and dashboards. /li liOwn end-to-end everything analytics related to Marketing and Growth Product: products development cycle, from data requirement gathering and opportunity sizing, to experimentation and post-launch impact analyses. /li liBuild robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business, and product. /li liApply various advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques and analyses (A/B test, multivariate test, clustering, supervised learning, etc) to solve for product and business problems that drive the highest impact. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3-4 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting,
in a quantitative analysis role in top companies/industries (tier 1 consulting firms, investment banking or tech companies with heavy use of in programming). /li liExcellent SQL skills - tested during the process /li liDemonstrated experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products (A/B test, multivariate, etc.) /li liKnowledge of visualization tools like Tableau and Looker and others /li liExperience with the application of statistical modeling and advanced analytics to provide product-shaping insights /li liExperience in statistical programming (Python) and experience working with popular tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter/iPython notebooks /li liExcellent spoken and written English /li /ul h3Additional Skills /h3 ul liProduct management /li liAnalytics /li liMarketing /li liData Science /li liDesign /liliCustomer Success /li /ul h3What We Can Offer You /h3 ul liCulture - We put our people first and prioritize the well-being of every team member.
