ppAs the "2nd Line of Defense" within BME, BCM is responsible company-wide for the design, maintenance and control the Business Continuity guidelines and requirements. We are also responsible to assure the planning, implementation, controlling and governance of precautionary measures to secure the continuity of critical business processes at admission of BCM failure scenarios. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDefinition and further development of group-wide standards, concepts, strategies and methods for the BCM. /li liDevelopment of the BCM-frameworks under consideration of regulatory and entrepreneurial requirements. /li liIdentification of BCM security risks, development of security measures and assuring the implementation through the responsible sites. /li liSecuring a company-wide controlling and reporting framework. /li liProactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liAccurate,
perennial knowledge of Business Continuity Management (ideally in the 2nd line of defense role as well as in as in the financial sector). /li liKnowledge on operational resilience concepts (for e.g. EU-DORA). /li liKnowledge in IT Continuity Management (incl.
