Key activities performed by Associate Consultants include researching information, conducting interviews, analyzing data, supporting modeling activities, and preparing deliverables, among others. /ph3KEY RESPONSABILITIES /h3h3Project Execution/ Billability (80-90%): /h3pIndependently performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify client issues and key learnings. /ppSupports the development of discussion materials and coordinates primary market research and conducts interviews. /ppCreates sections of client deliverables under general guidance from experienced project leaders. /ppCommunicates findings and anticipates potential issues promptly to project leaders. /ppPresent small sections of the deliverable to the client. /ph3Business Development/ Corporate Initiatives Thought Leadership (up to 20%): /h3pbSupport and act as the point of reference for Analysts /bin their daily activities and training, among others. /ppFully support the development of project proposals for clients upon needs. /ppParticipates inbcorporate development /bby contributing to recruiting, knowledge management, technology systems, and related functions. /ppDevelops an understanding of the healthcare industry. /ph3DESIRED QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE /h3pGraduate degree with an excellent track record in either Life Sciences related, Business, Economics, or Engineering programs. PhD or MBA are considered a plus. /pp2+ year of professional experience in management consulting, life sciences / healthcare industry, or private equity. /ppAvailability for occasional international travel (EU). /ph3TECHNICAL COMPETENCES SOFT SKILLS /h3pStrong analytical skills /ppAbility to problem-solve challenges /ppExcellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organization skills. /ppAdaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge. /ppAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks /ppAbility to work with teams based in different countries. /ppAdvanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and elevated level of attention to detail. /ppExcellent business English, both written and verbal.
