Are you looking for a new professional challenge and are you interested in financial sector? /p pJoin our HR team in Spain as Senior Labor Relations Consultant to cover a temporary position. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liProvide guidance and support on all HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle; from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on employee relations /li liProvide legal advice on employment agreements, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters, and represent the company in court proceedings when necessary /li liMonitor updates to local labor laws and SIX regulations, ensure timely adjustments to local HR policies, and verify their compliance with the latest standards /li liAct as one of the points of contact for union representatives and manage collective bargaining processes and negotiate agreements, CBA, resolve disputes,
