ph3Job Description /h3 pISP Regional Student Futures Coordinator Role Profile /p h3Purpose of Role /h3 pAs the Regional Student Futures Coordinator, you are uniquely positioned to support and collaborate with a wide spectrum of colleagues within and across schools, the Regional Team, and the Central ISP Learning and Innovation Team. Your role is critical to the implementation and success of the International Learning Opportunities for Students (ILOS) and Future Pathways (FP), as well as other Student Futures initiatives in your region. /p h3ISP Principles /h3 ul liBegin with our children and students – their success is our success. /li liTreat everyone with care and respect – embrace similarities and differences and promote the well‑being of self and others. /li liOperate effectively – focus relentlessly on the most important priorities and apply school policies and procedures. /li liAre financially responsible – make careful financial choices based on the needs of children, students and schools. /li liLearn continuously – engage in personal and professional development and drive improvement. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Overarching Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact for ILOS and other Student Futures initiatives. /li liContribute to the vision for ILOS Student Futures in the region to promote learning and engagement. /li liCollaborate with regional colleagues, the central team and schools to develop, coordinate, promote and support the programmes. /li liHost an in‑person ILOS program in the region. /li liDevelop and run a Regional ILOS programme. /li liSupport onboarding of new schools into the ILOS Student Futures pillars. /li liSupport and review schools in the evaluation of the ILOS Student Futures pillars. /li liTrain admissions and marketing teams on Student Futures offerings. /li /ul h3Evidence of Learning /h3 ul liCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify and gather examples of student success and celebrate achievements. /li liEnsure consistency in learning, roadmap and destination data for programmes collected regionally.



/li /ul h3Communication and Collaboration /h3 ul liPromote ILOS and, where possible, Student Futures initiatives within schools, tailored to: SLT, School Coordinators, Programme Coordinators, Future Pathways Advisors and Leads, Students and Parents. /li liAdapt promotional materials to communicate purpose and value (translations, communication pieces, social media posts, etc.). /li liEnsure staff, student and parent communications about ILOS and FPP are impactful and support the ISP brand. /li liCollaborate with Regional Coordinators across the ISP Group to share best practice and maintain consistency. /li liShare initiatives, successes and failures with colleagues to encourage shared learning. /li /ul h3Operations /h3 ul liOversee and coordinate registration processes, payments, deadlines and other administrative tasks for programmes, including awards and student recognitions. /li liSupport the Head of University Partnerships and the Head of Future Pathways in developing regional relationships with universities, employers and alumni. /li liImplement speaker series and other Future Pathways initiatives regionally. /li liCoordinate and support schools with travel arrangements related to programmes. /li liWork with Health Safety teams to ensure programmes comply with ISP policies and procedures. /li /ul h3Monitoring Evaluation /h3 ul liCollaborate with key stakeholders to support the monitoring and evaluation of regional programmes. /li /ul h3Skills, Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liLocated in the region. /li liWilling to travel to schools. /li liPassionate about education in an international context. /li liHighly organized with attention to detail. /li liExcellent communication,
