ppWe are looking for an Agentic AI Implementation Lead to drive the implementation of agentic AI solutions across a business operating in a regulated environment. /p pYou will lead the full delivery lifecycle, from identifying automation opportunities to deploying reliable, governed solutions that create measurable business value while collaborating closely with business and technology teams. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liIdentify and prioritize business processes where agentic AI can improve efficiency or automation. /li liDesign, build, or oversee the delivery of production-ready AI agents using internal development, vendor solutions, or external partners. /li liCollaborate with architecture, data, security, and business teams to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise technology standards. /li liDefine governance standards, including human-in-the-loop controls, confidence thresholds, monitoring, and auditability. /li liEstablish a framework to evaluate and prioritize new AI automation initiatives based on business value. /li liMeasure solution impact, promote AI best practices, and assess emerging frameworks and tools for future adoption. /li /ul h3Requirements:
